We’ve got another great post on what to wear for Denver boudoir photographers. We want to make sure regardless of which studio you are visiting you are prepared for your upcoming boudoir session! We hope this post helps, and if you ever have any questions feel free to contact us!
Garter Belt
The art of the garter belt was originally designed to help women hold up their tights. There are some medical benefits to wearing garter belts, but I’m positive the majority of women only wear them for boudoir sessions. LOL.
They are super sexy and something a lot of clients want to wear. Our studio does know how to attach them so if you want to wear them, but are unsure of how to attached the stockings to the garter belt just asked during your session and we will be more than happy to help you out!
Matching Black Set
Let’s be honest, black looks good on everyone! The key to a great matching bra and panty set is a good-fitting bra. Use your boudoir session as an excuse to buy a new bra. Most Denver boudoir photographers will encourage you to go to Nordstrom’s, Macy’s, or Victoria’s Secret for your fitting. There are plenty of online retailers that will walk you through the process on finding the perfect fit.
All Things White
You may have seen the above photo before if you follow this blog. We’re using it again because it’s such a great example of bridal lingerie. This babe planned to wear this outfit on her honeymoon and it was perfect for her session! It’s white, it’s comfortable, and it’s something your significant other is going to love! Bridal sessions are the bread and butter to our studio so we see plenty of white looks, and white does look great on all skin tones.
What Not To Wear
Some Denver boudoir photographers require nude photography. Our studio does not. This session isn’t about us photographers, it’s about you. Empowering you. Nude photography should be tasteful, and artistic. Make sure you find a photographer who is going to have a safe environment for you and photograph you in the most flattering way!
Stay tuned for more ideas coming soon on what to wear! xoxo
