It’s July in Colorado, and wedding season is in full effect! We thought this would be a great time to revisit bridal boudoir session information. We’ve put together a list of questions on how to plan and what to expect!
When should you do your session?
Typically, we recommend you do your session 6-8 weeks before your wedding date. The reason we do this is to ensure the proper delivery of any products and to make sure the studio has plenty of time to edit your bridal boudoir session.
We also know life happens, and planning a session 6-8 weeks before may not work for you. We also understand you may have found some extra money in the budget, and this is the perfect time to splurge on yourself!
Can you do a last-minute bridal boudoir session?
Yes, we can! Our Denver boudoir studio will always find time in the schedule to help you put together a wonderful wedding gift. We do have plenty of gift options available for last-minute bridal boudoir sessions, so do not be afraid of reaching out to the studio for more information. This also means we CAN get you an album in time for the wedding!
Do you provide a wardrobe?
We’ve always believed your bridal boudoir session should be about you. We love when you bring your favorite holey shirt or favorite piece of lingerie. Making your bridal boudoir session personal helps create a meaningful gift. We offer a beautiful variety of robes you can use either by itself or layered. What about hair and makeup?
Hair and makeup are available in almost all of our packages. If you decide you would prefer to do your session after your hair and makeup trial, just let us know! We work with a variety of stylists, and for the most part, it is easy for us to get someone scheduled for your bridal boudoir session.
How long does it take to get my products?
We work hard to make sure you have your digital photos or products in plenty of time before the wedding. Turnaround for last-minute bridal boudoir sessions is on a case-by-case basis, but we will make sure you have all products before the wedding. Turnaround for 6-8 week scheduled sessions is delivered as soon as products are completed and shipped. It all depends on which products you get, and you can ask the studio for more details on this.
