People ask me all the time if I use studio lighting. I did when I first started out shooting boudoir photography. On occasion, clients are surprised when they walk into the studio and do not see studio lighting. Why is that? Because I am a natural-light Denver boudoir photographer. I prefer to photograph women with window light because it makes them look more natural. I never really liked studio lighting because I feel people look more yellow and the photographs look artificial.
Should you be worried when you walked into the Fine Art Boudoir studio and not see studio lighting? No, way! Yes, I have to have a cutoff time when it comes to studio hours, but that shouldn’t matter since I have availability 7-days a week and the summer nights provide plenty of shooting time.
I love I can give you the same experience as any other Denver boudoir photographer because I understand how to use light to get what I need it to do! The above photo was shot with natural light and I can come into your home and do the same thing! Yes, there are a ton of natural light photographers out there and they all have different styles which are fantastic! Why love me? Because the majority of my clientele seeks me out because I am a natural light photographer, and of course my style is killer!
One of the most common questions I get is if there is a better time of day to shoot in my studio or homes. No, I can make any type of lighting situation work! I’m a sucker for beautiful light and I LOVE photographing women in their homes! If you have any other questions about the studio, natural light, or availability please reach out, and let’s chat! xoxo
